Reserve Banks (indicated by the letter at the begining of the Serial Number) because sometimes this plays a part in the value. </p><p><br /></p><p>If you are looking to compare it, then compare it to other 3-digit SN (e.g. 00000123, 00000987). </p><p><br /></p><p>From what I could tell it looks like they would be going for $5-10 over face. Keep in mind, these are probably perfect bills directly from a brand new bank strap. </p><p><br /></p><p>If it were me, I'd just keep it. $5 (less fees) is not worth going through the hassels of ebay.
