Low serial number

    I don't know about value but wow - that's the lowest serial number I've ever seen. Cool :)

    Looks to be a 1977 $10 Philadelphia Star with a low serial number.
    Are you able to post a photo of the entire note, front and back ?
    That would help with the estimate you’re asking for.
