Hey all. So, I have some paper currency, but I'm more of a coin collector. Therefore, I don't really know much about paper currency. So I have these two bills I pulled from circulation at one time or another, and I was just wondering if they'd carry any premium. The pics are blurry, so hopefully you can read the series and everything. They were just quick photos.
    First note, low serial #:

Second note, a not as low serial star note:

Keeping these would be the equivalent to keeping state quarters you find in circulation.
The first note, a 1999 Richmond E-B (96 million printed) might bring $5 in CH-CU, and the second note, a Philadelphia Star (3.2 million printed) is worth about the same in CH-CU. They are just too common to be worth anything over face.

Not much of a "low" serial number IMO.
