I don't know if Low Ball GSA is actually a collected item, but I recently found one so I'm kind of hoping so. I sold my GSA accumulation recently and when going through them found an ungraded softpack that appeared to me to be very low grade. It is an 1899-O softpack that graded AG-3, Low POP for all 1899's (regardless of mint) and may well be low or tied for low for all GSA's (very hard to determine). It is a fresh NGC grading and can be seen on Great Collections. I wasn't sure posting a link was allowed, so I deferred.
