Bontas in &#039;Did Louis X of France mint deniers tournois? (Notes on a few deniers tournois à la croisette)&#039; (in Koinon II, 2019) disputes it on both stylistic and historical grounds, relying also on hoard compositions -- tresor de Saint-Georges-d&#039;Annebecq (Orne), X...
