Had an issue recently that was very similar as to what everyone is talking about. I sent out a package to a buyer and a week went by and no delivery. So I went down to my local post office and they told me to wait 10 business days. This does not include weekends, holidays and the actual day you shipped it. So the counter starts day one, the day after you mail it. Well, 10 business days go by and still no package delivered. So I refunded all the money to the buyer and canceled the transaction. A week and a half later, the buyer emails me and says the package arrived and what would I like to do. I just said keep it. I was out about $10 overall including shipping, but what the heck happened to the item and where did it go? It was nearly over 3 weeks before it was delivered. Funny thing was, I had shipped out a total of 5 packages that day from the same post office and that was the only one with a problem. I guess things happen.

On a side note, the person was from Conn. and that is where I am from, but live in WV with my wife who is WVian. Her husband grew up 10 miles down the road where we live in WV and moved to Conn for his wife. Darn woman....dragging us guys all over the place! LOL!
