Copper is right and, Coppercoins is right and I think you got a pretty good deal. The spots are minimal but they are there and the eye goes to them immediately - I would never take it out of that holder though - like it is in that holder it's a good value but remember please that Lincoln's are a little overpriced right now and due for a 20% to 25% correction at some point. I like brown coins too and it was not very long ago at all where this coin could be had for $125 but I digress. Finding semi-key dates that are mint state and blemish free with good strikes is more of a challenge than most people will ever know. It has been my quest for years. I always try to remember that with copper by nature it invites you to look deep into it. It is rich and warm - that's the reason a spot or blemish affects it so.
