Looking for research on early (1830's) Haitian coins

I know this is a long shot, but I'm looking for an in depth study on the copper coinage of Haiti in the 1830's. KM is, as usual, grossly inadequate for this kind of thing and what passes for a standard reference, Carmen Arroyo's 1970 Coins of Haiti 1803-1970, isn't much better. I really don't want to have to do a complete die analysis from scratch. At this point, I'd settle for a well-illustrated sales catalog or collection.

A die analysis of the locally made coppers is quite an undertaking.

My thoughts exactly. And without seeing enough examples, it'll be completely impossible. I have very low expectations of actually getting anywhere on this project.

Seems like others have shared your outlook on this, as no one has taken on this project (at least not in English language sources).
