Looking for opinions on what this ae piece is

    I've had this for a long time and just have never been able to determine what it is. When I first got it I thought it may be Celtic or from that area but I really have no idea. Thought someone on this forum can possibly guide me in the right direction. Here it is:

    Rev: Blank
    Size: 18mm, 5.1gms
