    Someone is wanting to sell this coin, I can't seem to locate it and I do not know enough about these. Thanks for any help.

    Marcus Aurelius... it’s an abused coin but I don’t see any reason to suspect it fake. However, we can’t be certain from photos alone... only a guess.
