Introducing the 1794 Large Cent Magic Circle. Everyone is always complaining about how hard it is to attribute large cents. So I decided to create a Magic Circle that will do the job for you. If you can draw a straight line you can work the Magic Circle. That is all there is to it. Well I call it a Magic Circle but I don't even know if it really works. It hasn't been tested. And if it does actually work its magic is limited. Limited to attributing reverse dies only. And even that is limited to Reverse H through Reverse X with the exception of Reverse P. So its Magic is limited in scope to varieties S-29 through S-54. There are other constraints to working the Magic Circle I will not go into now except I need clear images taken from a straight on perspective. Others I'll address as the need arises. So go ahead and post some reverse images of your 1794 large cents. I know @ first glance the Magic Circle does not look like much but here it is.
