Look I think for the most part you are safe but need to be more patient about it and here's why. London ancient coins, Ltd (Vcoins) is London Based to my understanding. That said, it's also to my understanding, it's sort of like an Ebay where there are various sellers listing items. they refer to it as a "online coin marketplace" on the "about us" section, I think sort of a middle man, or broker set up. and while most of the dealers might be reputable, I can't guarantee you they all are, so you should use caution with it just like ebay just in case, and do your homework on what you are buying and when in doubt, pass. Like they have this in the "about us" section: "Online Coin Show, Virtual Coin Show, Online Bourse, and Virtual Bourse are service marks of VHobbies.com, LLC" "All items on this site are subject to prior sale." and also: "Sell on Vcoins Join the VCoins family of dealers of Ancient, US and World coins and reach 250,000 Collectors!" So you should be aware of this fact about the site. I don't know their operations but it can take some time for the dealer to be notified, make sure he's getting his money, get the items, pack it, create a label, and ship the package, and then international post, especially the cheapest ways to send it, it can take a long time in transit too. As far as communication, Vcoins likely has no information to give you, it's the individual dealers that know, all Vcoins knows is you placed an order. I guess a lot like amazon and the sellers there needing to fulfill an order. occasionally I've had a seller totally flake on Amazon, not respond to questions on when it would ship after weeks of attempts, and not fulfill the order, and I've had to cancel and get a refund. I'd say mostly be patient, it's probably just really slow. but when you do receive it, make sure it's legit, just in case, and if it takes way too long (you know what I mean) demand they provide proof of fulfillment and shipping, or immediately cancel the transaction and refund. And if you used a credit card you can always contest it.
