Carausius Brother, can you spare a sestertius?

By the way, I find the best way to bid on any Dea Moneta member auctions is with their mobile app. The mobile app is pretty good. I find the actual website a bit cumbersome and hard to navigate.

Just wanted to update on this auction. I won some of the Books I was bidding on. The buyers premium was 20%, and shipping worked out to another ~10% of the invoice. I did get a lot of books, 3 banti, BMC, and three others, so I was expecting a large shipping bill.

That's interesting. In my case, having won a single Banti volume, my bill DOUBLED from auction premium and shipping charges. So, there must be economies of scale in buying multiple volumes.

yeah, I suppose percent of invoice was a weird way to express it. I won a full set of bmc, three Banti, and three other books, so around 15 in total, and shipping was 66 pounds. We will see how quickly they make it across the pond.
