I've considered upgrading my membership to NGC to get coins graded because there aren't any dealers within a 50 mile radius of me. I was going to stay a thread about the pros and cons of getting coins attributed and grading because most of mine are varieties that aren't that high in value, but then who knows down the road what they may be worth. Do any of you send Lincolns, Ikes, and the rest of the cents to be graded? Sending to DVN, Wexler, and Potter for attribution was my other consideration, and much more affordable.

 

Oh, ok. I was thinking of something...else.

I will have to send it in. but I'm kinda freaked out about sending it off. I have never had a coin graded before. and I'm afraid it might get lost.

 

1/12 is my sons bday and 11/12 is mine but I always look at the clock at 1:11 and 11:11. Good numbers!

 

I know what you mean. I’m planning on sending in some of my coins soon, and I’m hesitating due to the fear of losing them. I’ll be my first time sending in coins too.

BTW, Just noticed I got post #123…is that lucky or what? Kind of reminds me of choir…(i.e. Now a 1 and a 2 and a 3).
