Local Coin Shop Not Buying 40% Halves

    I have a few rolls of 40% to sell as the price is way up. I called my local CS to see what they were paying... don't want them. I will have to sell another way. May get more but its a bit more of a hassle. Anyway, I found it interesting. Didn't ask about 90% as I'm keeping that.

    I believe most shops are being flooded with 90%. More than they really wanted.

    During the Hunt Bros. debacle and moving forward dealers
    large and small would pick and choose on 40%. Lot of it depends
    on whether the refiners would buy it.Goes in cycles even today.
