    Is this an Error? If So, Name of it. If not, Still what is it Called? I was Up set to See the Reverse in Just Horrible Condition. Thanks in advanced CT community!

    The image of the obverse is too blurry when I enlarge it, but it looks like a stain of some kind.

    I agree with Chris. It looks like a stain from some type of environmental contact. Not an error
