I bought two older ones for 10.00 from someone at a coin show. Really, I think that is fine for what I use them for. You don't have to have the biggest and brightest of all toys to get what you need. But if you want to spend your hard earned bucks on new shiny books that will be 'outdated' (per your own thoughts) in a year, be my guest.
