Lincoln tupe gone wild. Unusual error also....

    Two different cents and similar weird error. I’ve never seen extra material like that in such weird places

    Look how his hair is touching the top motto and the motto even looks doubled a bit. The 46 was weird too. I don’t see any signs of environmental damage just normal circulation wear. What would make his tupe
