Lincoln Mem. "S" mint cents 1968- 1974

Are you still finding these? These have always been some of my favorites.
"S" mint coins in change East of the Miss. River were always rare. Anyone
have a hoard? Just curious.

I rarely find them anymore. But, S mint were my favorite as a young collector. I kept many extras in my hoard. I have perhaps 150 to 200 S Mint LWC's and LMC's. I do have quite a few of the later LMC S Mints.

 

I still see some from time to time.

Lots of S mint mark coins here in MN. Here are just a few of my S mint mark pennies. Not in good condition but fun to find! Whoops! Posted wrong dates for S Mint marks I do have many from the 60's to now sorry!

 

I have around 100 of them. 1968-1974 S.
Where I live almost all of our coins are D, with an occasional P (less than 5%).
So with the pennies an S will turn up once in a while.

 

Have found couple dozen last 20 years; mostly great condition...
