Is this called feeder fingers? I don't have the coin with me right now but the obverse doesn't have any of these. Just wondering if anyone has seen this before. VideoCapture_20211202-123652.jpg

Just an unpleasant mark from a fingerprint.

It’s called a thumbprint. If a coin is touched by fingers that haven’t been washed it will leave a print. Over time this will appear on the metal of the coins surface. The print gets darker with age and becomes etched into coin.

Interesting. Never thought something like that. I have seen it before but not this pronounced. Thank you for the reply.
