how is it junk this was minted this way...the letters in Trust is missing not faded and you see the off strike not caused by PMD.

I don't know exactly how it was damaged. There are millions of people with tools in their hand and are bored. There are thousands of machine shops in the country with workers waiting for their next assignments. Some people do some things.

You shouldn't give up learning about errors and varieties. You however, SHOULD give up on this coin because it is just damaged.
Learn about the minting process, learn to recognize true errors and varieties and then you will be off to a good start.
Otherwise, you will just end up wasting yours and everyone else's time posting junk coin after junk coin.

Good luck to you, if you send it to be graded. However, I have to agree with gronnh20, looks like PMD. I've attached an example of an off center strike. This one is a mint error. It is not bent in any way, just an off center strike. 200? Could be 2000 to 2008. Who knows! Still I liked it and bought it.
Again, good luck with yours and thanks for sharing.
