Lincoln Cent 1941 Error??

    First, welcome to the neighborhood!

    Like @paddyman98 said, it's just damage. I've seen damage like this hundreds of times on copper cents, not just to numbers but letters as well. It's very easy to move the copper around.

    What is a 1941 wheat penny value when the penny has double CC punch marks is it consider a misprints ?

    No value.. Counter punched letters are considered damage to a coin.
    Also.. Coins are struck/minted, not printed. Paper currency is printed.

    And... You never posted the picture on your first thread.

    I have a 1941 Wheat penny and it looks like there is a D or O under the word Liberty located under the T. is this an Error?

    It is almost certainly post strike damage.
