Lincoln 1-cent Type 2 95% Off Center uncirculated. I liked it because it was 95% off center, but you can tell it is a U.S. cent. sellers pics...

Is it a copper coin? Looks like it. Do you have it in hand yet?
I was just wondering if there was any hint of VDB on the obverse.

just checked it out. it does have the VDB on it. so does this mean it is from a certain year span ? which ?

That would be your Lincoln Wheat Cents. Your coin is a Lincoln Memorial Cent.
1959 to 1982 would be the year range for your coin.
It can be distinguished by the "ED STAT" on the reverse side of your coin.
I really was asking about the VDB as a curiosity factor due to the "splaying" of the metal in that area and side of the coin. Sometimes the metal is moving so fast it does not have time to make a "proper" impression in the metal.
I have a coin that is a very close match to yours.

It's only off by three letters. Thank you for all your info.
