Likely nothing, but throwing it out there... 1953 with shadow of 53

Here it is:



It is pretty faint, but you should be able to see a shadow 53 to the east. The rest of the coin looks like a normal strike (albeit heavily worn).

This is die deterioration doubling, which is caused by the overuse of dies. Not a true doubled die, sorry.
