Used to denote when a comment has gone over someone's head. Onomatopoetic to the sound of an object moving past you at an accelerated pace.

As I climbed into the innermost part of the Great Pyramid of Egypt,
the first human to ascend there in 4,000 years,
the Pharoah of the Lamp said to me:

"Bless you my son, you have come at last", and handed me this coin:

I found 2 or 3 of those in an ebay roll the other day, got so excited I almost missed the MS red 1909-s vdb in there , and the 5 1922 no "D" cents that were in there. Then I found this old 1916-D dime in there. It was supposed to be only cents in the roll. So I'm sending the dime back POSTAGE DUE. That'll teach him to be careless, the fool!

I've been in India for the last two months. It is hard to tell for me to tell the differene between real and a lie these days:) Now that I'm with the program, I would like to say that HSN is the bestest place to buy great coins for very low prices. You just can't beat them with a stick!

My daughter bought an old Mercury from a farmer in Maine. While driving down the road an earring fell off her ear and went under the seat. Later when she went to get the earring she also found a discarded cigarette pack crumpled up. At home she threw it in the garbage. The dog tipped over the garbage can and out of the cigarette pack rolled a
1849-D gold dollar. She threw it in the Salvation Army bucket last Christmas.
