The 5,474,300 mintage is much lower than many of the other dates. Including being three times lower than the &quot;with cents&quot; 1883, but that one is higher priced.</p><p>I know mintage isn&#039;t really an accurate way to determine rarity, so how can one research the reasons for these apparent price discrepancies?
