Anyway, as I was searching for a nice specimen for Truman, I found I liked this coin the most and it seemed to be an actual coin instead of just an art round. The striking looks well done and it seems proof like to me, but I was trying to locate mintages on these things and had no luck. Anybody know any more about these coins?
