    Please go to the opposite side of the baseline and above the grass at about the 8 o'clock position and almost at the linear border - the classical FM monogram/mintmark

    I saw that, but I’m basically saying that there is something in the right corner. It doesn’t look like it is on the 1 cent, but it’s hard to tell. Engraver’s initials, maybe?

    Yes, here is a picture of the identical area off a 1961 Liberia one cent with designer’s initials “DH”:
