Both of them are genuine.</p><p><br /></p><p>The eagle mintmark was minted (instead of the Caduceus) in these coins to distinguish them from the Utrecht strikes. This is why we call them imitations. Russians minted similar dates without changes in design, because they wanted to make impression that these ducats were genuine Utrecht strikes.
