Looks like nice toning on that 77-P. Did you check to see if it's a DDO?

Here are the unusual 1.2mm Wide CC Rev Die sub set. It is the exact same rev die spread over 4 years before being retired when the type 1 rev were discontinued (no 75 is know). All are rare to very rare. Note the 74 is PCGS AU50

Chop marks don't lower the grade, right? Just the resale value.

Love it , I love the S over CC and the fact the chop mark is barely noticeable . Great pick up .

probably should have posted to this thread, first, instead of starting a new one.
    a scarce die pairing, 1875-s type 1/2, micro S.

REading back through this thread made me think of fellow trade dollar enthusiast Maine Bill; don't see that he has posted in a while, hope he is well.

Here is a date you don't see filled in often in many AU sets! Nice 75s Kaz, I saw that too and forgot to bid.

Thanks John, I made a list of varieties form your set to BOLO for and stumbled on that one while just idly scrolling through the bay. Good looking circ proof, did you find that in the raw?

No, you'll notice it is an early blue holder. I was looking for a couple of years for a matched AU for my AU set to fill in the natural hole in the year/mm set. Only one of 2 proofs I own. I might do a proof set down the road but it would bug me that I could never complete the last two.
