I aquired this one back in July 21.</p><p>They can be found from mint state -down to a good grade. </p><p>Now anyone want to take an educated guess&nbsp; as to why this specimen is rare? The specimen was graded straight.&nbsp; So there is nothing to do with the coins surfaces or skin.
