I generally like to stay at or above MS 65 when I buy graded Franklins, but for this one I made an exception. I liked the subtle rainbow on the reverse and it's tough to find a decent 52 D in 64 and very hard to find one at the 65 level. These two complete their respective dates in my raw collection.
