The 5 peso bill set me back a buck. I saw it in the box, thought it was an American $5 bill, then took a closer look at it and saw that it said &quot;The Japanese Government&quot; on it. Turns out that it was a bill printed by Japan for use in the Philippines during World War II. I almost walked out of the store without buying it but I changed my mind. I&#039;m glad I did now because it has a neat backstory and you can&#039;t beat the price.
