A clean mark-free coin is not enough. I think I have finally learned this lesson. Many NGC MS67 1C just dont CAC for this reason. I think it has less to do with RED coins becoming RB over time, for instance, in the old FATTY holders. I have sent alot of Lincolns in for myself and others, and very clean and red looking coins have failed.
