The 1894 has wonderful color and eye appeal but I&#039;d call it a 64- due to the obverse hits. The 1898 has a sweet, lustrous surface but the reverse is BN, IMO.</p><p><br /></p><p>I discovered some PVC at the reverse rim of the 1890, around 7 o&#039;clock. Drat.
