    Ah yes, gotta love those late 1860s dates.

    Honestly I want a San Francisco quarter eagle from the late 1860s - they're as rare as hen's teeth and valued lower than most 20th C key dates *cough* 1909-S VDB *cough*

    I'm saving up for one. Can't wait to own one.

    Also, do you like half cents? I just noticed how cheap nice examples are. The total mintage of every half cent ever made is about 8 million, and a quarter of that is just in 1804 and 1809.

    (I have no idea what you consider "cheap" though. I'm guessing under $5000 :p)

    Took a while for this one. I looked extensively for an affordable proof 2 cent piece. Note "affordable."

    This one sat on one of my favorite dealer's shelf, knowing I would be back.

    1868. PCGS PR63. About 600 minted. PCGS population: 25. I love old proofs!:woot:
