There is a light cleaning, but:
On the reverse from the D thru STATES those are die cracks.

On the Obv: there is a hit at the 6th star.

 

Added 1942 today. Both nickels. Boy the cent has some wild toning going on with it.

That's a beauty Vf 35 I'd call it with good looking surfaces too

See post 16905 this thread . If yours has that dot like the one posted you got a very rare proof Jefferson . I can't tell from your image but don't keep us hanging? as that dot is a large die gouge below the hair on his collar is a die marker.

 

A pocket piece and a cool silver round I'd never seen and couldn't resist.

 

If given the choice between being smart and being lucky, I will generally take the latter.

I really love the reverse design of the one peso US- Philippines coinage. The shield and eagle design is really a neat design . And only 18 dates minted would be an easy set to put together . Plus the WW ll history that these coin have.

Thanks for the information. Your posts are always informative. I looked closely and didn't see the die mark so no confirmed as not. Love the set tho. Had to have it.

I agree. Something about a shiny, white AU coin just doesn't look right to me.

 

Me shiny and white just don't appeal to me regardless of grade. Unless it's brand new. But everyone here knows that about me
