As long as that color is legit and isn't a byproduct of cleaning or some other tampering, I'd say AU53 or 55. That's a really awesome circular die crack by the way! That obverse die must've been shot.
I inherited this one from my great grandfather, it's been in the same folder for at least 30 years, before that I couldn't say what was done to it, if anything. Had to get it out of the folder since I think the plastic is no good.
Well it certainly is a pretty coin! It's always cool when a coin has such sentimental value attached to it.
Here's another. 1853 Braided Hair Half Cent. Looks to be about 35-40. Not sure what to make of the rim damage.
1803 Draped Bust, small date/small fraction (S-253?), AG-3 or G-4, some minor corrosion from the album it used to be in.
1828 O-106 R-4 1828 O-106 R-4 XF [ note: all coins taken out of holders, but put on top, for notations.] not in the plastic! over the flip
1829 O-104 POSSIBLE R-5? Listed as an R-5, with the reverse A-1 and A-2 not filled. I filled it is an R-3. However, this one is fully PL. AU-58, cleaned, but still pretty Hard to take pictures, I'll try for better on another less cloudy day metal impurities in the planchet show.
