Great proof Morgan @Hugh Stiel and the 60-O dollar. Wow! Hope none of the dippers ever get their hands on that coin. The skin is amazing!
i am bidding on 3 coins on ebay and would like some input on what they might sell for there 3 washington quarters 1960 ms66+ 1962 ms66 1963 ms66+
the '60 and '63 both took significant jumps in bidding in the last few... evidently that 66+ has sparked some interest
That I assumed -- I was looking at them earlier when lucky43113 first brought them up -- bids were all under $20 at that time. The ones that are MS66 still are but the MS66+ are moving...
Filler for my type collection. And my first graded buffalo. Nothing fancy at all but the price was right. All seller pics. I don't know if the buff will have the yellow in it or not. Probably just weird lighting. The obverse is weak near the date but I feel the strength of the coin is in the reverse. A good strong strike I feel.
Picked up a blue Abe with a nice strike. According to "the internet" Abe's favorite color was blue...
Then it must be true the internet doesn't lie. Guys help me find some toners on ebay or a seller that has several to look at
Here are some new coins and a silver certificate. I especially like the 2004-W Kennedy reverse proof half dollar. I would love a reverse proof walking Liberty half. Half dollars: Series 1957 A $1 silver certificate star note. It was in with the regular silver certificates priced at $6 each. It's as crisp as it was when it first printed. I think I got a good deal.
I decided to start stacking silver instead of buying so-called collector's coins ;-) 1.24gr of silver - great start
I think the gamble paid off. And there's a little bonus, something I didn't notice in the seller's pics. What looks like a die crack or gouge possibly behind Roosevelt's head.
