I did the same with this one. Looks like there may be something nice hiding in there, and for 12.50 it was worth the shot. If not I'll just send it back.
Those are some nice ones. Of course I wouldn't expect less you always find nice ones. The 920 and 1926S look like they are very close FH and I think the Lincoln would go 65/66. Again beauties.
A cool-looking, colorfully-toned, Memorial biz strike (minted in the year of the JFK assassination) I picked up from CT member Carboni7e (a.k.a. MonsterCoinz).
In most cases yes slabbed coins re worth more. But it depends on the person. Slabbed coins have a much higher percentage of being real instead of counterfeits. But some people like buying graded coins and then "cracking" them out for their own albums. It's a personal preference and to them it isn't about the money or value in a coin
More valuable? No, the coin if graded properly either raw or slabbed are worth the same amount. People that pay more for a slabbed coin over the same coin raw either cannot grade, not confident in their grading abilities, or just want everything graded as want an easier and faster resale, for the next mass of buyers who can't grade etc.
