Been buying more moderns as of late. Latest is a Peso from Mexico.

Yes it is. The obverse is a full F15, with a reverse weaker. I think F12 was a fair grade. It's common on the well worn early dates to have a weaker reverse.

 

Newp for my type set. Holy crap these things are small! Not only small in diameter, but they are super thin.

I guess there is a very fine line(s), literally and figuratively, between F-15 and VF-20.

I love the surfaces on this one. Premium for those of us that love mid-grade circulated.

 

I know they are a tad overpriced but I really like getting 2 every couple of months.

 

I was shocked at how tiny they are the first time I held one.

 

I picked this up for $9.75.and as always the nickel is toning very nicely

 

My first MS 70. And it's silver.
