A couple of dimes added to the collection. The 1890-S is NGC graded VF-20 and the 1891 is NGC graded AU-55.
As most of you know, I am a bit of a color nut. I just bought this colorful PCGS graded Cameo Proof Liberty Nickel in the "Orlando Summer Fun" Auction on Heritage. This is my first coin buy on Heritage. Hopefully I will like the coin in hand as much as I like the photo. Fortunately, I bought this for about 20% less than the PCGS price guide, so I am thinking I can always dump it on ebay to get most of my investment out if I don't like it in hand. Buying coins online (where you rely on a single photo) is always somewhat of a roll of the dice. I really liked the color of this (from the photo at least) ... reds and golds, along with the cameo effect.
Nice dimes, and I hope the proof nickel exceeds expectations! Here is a Walker I bought recently, it is in an old "No Line Fatty." (I just like saying that)
Decided to pick one of these up today and the price was right. These are the sellers pictures. Vette ~ Yours are much nicer but like I said I had to get it for the price.
great fatty walker ks! i love it. i have never seen "pop outs" before ... they look cool ... what a great lapel pin and conversation starter. Just as long as they don't do that to any really nice condition or rare coins!
MS-65FT DDO& Toned to 10-15 year old grade. It going to Rick Trasco then to Ngc today for details I picked it up last week.Maybe MS-66ft* or MS-66FT+DDO.
Wow! For 5 dollars? Could you sell some to me or give some as a gift...LOL! JK! Where did you get thouse?
I finally decided to get into the presidential dollars, I got these two ngc graded ones for 8$ total.
Least I forget, I bought 5 and they are all really nice. Most are gifts for my grandchildren and one for me.
