Looks like a new one to add to the Wyoming error list, some of theses errors have been reported, and some haven't ! Maybe, it will be a duel error listing, this one took 6 photos to get the job done

It was $5 proof set night at the B&M yesterday. So any 1967-1992 proof set was $5. Here's what I was able to find, small date 1970-s. Not half bad!
