Monster toned Proof Jefferson Nickels for the years 1961-1964 (1961-1962 especially) are actually kind of common (relatively speaking) -- and they occasionally pop up on ebay. They tone that way inside the original government cello packaging. You can also find monster toned Proof Lincoln Cents inside mint cello the same way for the same years, but especially for the year 1961. (A huge spike in toned Proof Lincoln Cents occurred in 1961 for some unknown reason).

I think the best way to find one of these is go to your local bricks and mortar coin shop or to a big coin show and ask to look through a dealers inventory of cello packaged 1961 or 1962 proof sets (tell them you are looking for toned Lincolns or toned Jeffersons as they might freak out that you are trying to cherry pick cameo Franklins, which can be worth a lot). You might need to tell them that you are willing to pay a premium over their list price if you find any rainbow coins. You have to make it worthwhile to the dealer to accommodate you.

Below is an example of a monster toned (violet and green) 1961 Proof Jefferson Nickel inside the original government packaging (OGP). (Note that this is NOT the same coin as that posted above (different year), but similar in look). For this example set below, it's interesting to note that the ONLY coin in the set that showed any toning was the Jefferson nickel -- all the other coins in the set had original color.

    Here's an O.110, R5, in a modest F12 I bought recently. A nice circulated cam.

Just got this wheatie for $15, flipped it over and realized the reverse was slightly off center.

Went to three different coin shoppes today. I found this beauty at Can-Am coins. A true beauty if I say so myself.
Oh, and please do pardon the rugged images. Snapped quickies just to show y'alls.
