LOL Well that is a good analysis of the coin. I would have to agree with you on that one. I might have to request a urinalysis on this coin just to varify the issue lol.

As you know my imaging skills are not at all as good as all of yours so I am sorry. I bought this a week ago with 5 other proofs and the capital holder for $10. It will soon be off to Robec for better imaging but I wanted to share. By the way it is the same coin just different views lol.

Just received a complete set of Eisenhower Dollars including Proof-Only issues for $130. The Dansco somehow ended up wet and moldy so i had to replace it and may need to upgrade a few coins from the set that were damaged or stained by the mold/mildew, but overall i think i did well. Now I can move on to the SBA Dansco!

Im somewhat of a hoarder :-D, but youre right my collection has had a very nice boost over the last 3-4 months, ive been knocking some things off my list and filling holes as fast as I can go. I wasnt ever really a fan of the Ike series, but having them in hand is nice and they do have some silver which is where most of my collecting lies, so im happy. Can never go wrong when you buy silver for spot, plus face value on the rest of the items.

Hoarding is not a bad thing. It is best if you have a method. It appears you are shedding some random loose ends and focusing on series. And, yes . . . silver at spot is always good!

Nice gonzo. I just received a package from Caz man today. I thought I took all the nickels off his hands. Looks like that 47 escaped my clutches.

Greg, the 47 was a later addition. Gonzo was the original too late person.

Nice pickups there Gonzo. You too, Greg.
