i wonder when franklins will start demanding a premium. bought all of these including the 1955 for melt and because of this thread have started looking for toned coins.
but what 63? i took another photo of the one on the bottom right trying to capture its color. the 1955 is really pretty too, i just am not capable of taking photos of coins.
thats alot nicer than the one i got a few weeks ago gregg. heres mine sorry they are scans... but i picked it up for less than melt.. suprised my lcs gave it to me for the price on the 2x2
An attractive and colorfully-toned first year issue proof of the Susan B Anthony Dollar. I picked this one up raw on eBay for $33. I am thinking PCGS will put a PR68 DCAM grade on it.
Got a 1947 s BU MacArthur Half peso from the philippeans, and also a barber half album which I'm going to start. So it is onwards to Barber Halves
You under estimate my sneakiness. But really, cropped them from your photos, threw a little drop shadow around them, and adjusted the brightness/contrast. Bam!
I just bought this on eBay. I have tons of late date proof coins and would have normally let this one go. However, I don't recall seeing a "modern" proof coin with a rotated reverse. Is this something that's common and I just don't know about it?
