You're welcome Paul. It looks much better with the NGC scales.

This one arrived in the mail today, along with some others. I just opened an imageshack account and am testing it.:)

I guess it's to big to show as a pic here. Oh well, it's an 1878 S $1 close to BU.

It is huge, but if you click on the image, it will open in another window. Keep the photos under 1MB and it will show up no problem.

    Austrian gold 1 Ducat coins

I just got these guys yesterday (it's two of the same coin, they're the same date/same condition so I just turned one over):

The little dings and scratches don't bug me, the coins are in way better condition than I was expecting anyway. <3

The 1915 Austrian ducats are actually common restrikes that were never used in circulation, so you'll never see a worn one unless someone used it as a pocket piece :)

Here's an 1844-O $10 Liberty. She's kind of banged up, but she's the first "O" mint gold coin I've ever owned.

I wouldn't start getting excited if I were you, GSC juices the crap out of their photos and, imho, really engages in horrible misrepresentation of the coins they sell. Scrutinize the crap out of those when you get them... I'll bet you find issues that make you not like them as much.

I've been away for a while, but stopped to pick this up yesterday. Shame about the scratch but I do like how it is rotated a little.
It's actually like that. I like it.
    Thanks for looking! -L

This is what I think a AU55 coin should look like
