From @Mark Metzger listed in the for sale section here. I know it’s not a US coin. But I dont collect actively collect foreign Thanks Mark! Class act.
I've got quite a few of these sovereigns. I wish more people on the forum knew more about them. Even dealers are kind of reluctant to comment on them. There is a huge interest in the UK, South Africa, and Australia but not much information to gain in the states.
Lol I took the pic on top of a slabbed morgan. I will get a better pic later, but I had to show her off. Just noticed that.
I’ll post better pictures in a separate thread at some point, it’s been busy lately. But including the prize(s) I won, I also bought all of this
Just bought today, sniped it at the last couple of seconds for $35. More capsules on the way as well, getting my first peace dollar next payday
My 1891-O Morgan came in, seller pics + my iPhone pics didn't do it any justice. Has some toning on the upper left of the obverse but the details on both sides are lot finer than my 1883-CC
I found this in an antique store yesterday. Old holder, seems pretty nice for the grade, price was decent. Been pretty busy with other things, it was fun to find a shop that had some decent offerings out here where coin dealers are few and far between.
My first Carson City dime. For the Dansco set of circulated Seated Liberty dimes. (The vertical line on the obverse is a trick of the light)
smallest i could make the coin. using microscope as lens. completes the pcgs graded 36-42 collection. this one a pr 66 /cac sticker
I understand the image issue. And I still have not ordered a taller stand for my mic camera. I am bad at procrastinating.
