Very nice 1903 O Millard. I believe it's also a VAM 4A. I believe that will grade very high and is worth several hundred dollars.
Which variety is it? I am unsure about this one, the digits “31” of the date appear to be low, so I hope you got the O-120!
The low 3 in the seller's pics is what first caught my eye, but it is actually the common O-109, not the R-6 O-120.
This really isn't anything spectacular. I don't collect Peace Dollars, but I like having a couple of examples, so this one was cheap and I think I only have a 1922 and a 1934, so now I have a 1924 to go along with the others.
Picked up one of my white whales this week too. 1903 O Morgan, I think about AU-58. Along with a couple of Walkers.
It just saying Poor on the Obverse, is kinda funny and makes me chuckle . I’m 100% sure the Reverse is Proof 70 too. No need for a pic.
What on God's green earth did I just get here? Is this a DDO doubled profile or just some bizarre toning? Got it at a bargain by the way based strictly on grade. Was too interesting to pass up, though 1921 Morgans are a dime a dozen.
Finally got myself one of the "No Drapery" Type coins I needed, the Dime! My mother bought it as a combo Birthday + Christmas gift for me. Now I just need to hand it over and let her keep and wrap it for the next few months. Of course, I will be paranoid she loses it, dog eats it, or some other disaster.
Might be Upgrading my 25C QUARTER DOLLAR - WASHINGTON, TYPE 2, CLAD example Coin in my Box-of-100 coins to this pretty thing: Cant really be sure until it arrives in the mail and I contemplate it further. My existing coin: I do really like both!!
Hi I'm new here and need a little guidance. I have some pristine coins in my possession earliest I found so far is a Thomas Jefferson 1801 through 1809. Can you assist me with any knowledge that I can post it and see what they're worth. (Cited from: https://www.cointalk.com/threads/its-take-me-back-thursday-show-and-tell.414401/)
