Found a die clash between the Eagles left wing and the leaves. Looks like there may be some clash indicators on the obverse too in front of Liberty's face 1883 O Morgan die clash obv.jpg 1883 O Morgan die clash rev.jpg .

Won this American Gold Eagle proof at a Heritage auction the other night. It’s the new reverse.

I have started to go down another rabbit hole. This time it's error coins. This is my first acquisition. It's a double denomination Roosevelt dime on a Lincoln cent.

Picked this up a little over a month ago. Coin budget is still recovering from this one but well worth it. Sorry @Lehigh96, this is why I haven’t picked up that 65 from you yet. 54B99455-6D9B-48D8-8549-CE10DA6CA48E.jpeg B10DBC78-24A8-421B-8E4E-E5C6BBD15D92.jpeg

I think this is the O-102. Not a bad coin. Sellers images. Screenshot_20220626-192830_eBay.jpg Screenshot_20220626-192836_eBay.jpg

I don't run across this variety very often. It's called a spiked head or speedy head.

    Yes, to 102.

This was one of my favorite coins for a long time until someone decided they wanted it more than I did.

Just picked this up from my LCS. I am just few coins away from completing my type set of US silver and copper. It's an AU-50 with a CAC green bean

Reverse Clash with Flying Eagle Cent. The reverse of the quarter has parts of the Flying Eagle Cent design showing above and below the left (facing) wing, above the right wing and within the shield. Attribution is easiest on ms coins.
